Month Of Coordination
This package is for the bride who has planned everything and wants to enjoy a seamless and stress-free event with someone else being in charge. During your engagement, you will receive checklists to make sure you're staying on track with your planning. Around one month prior to the event, we assume the role of main contact person for your vendors and schedule a wedding and reception site final walk-through. We establish a customized timeline and distribute the itinerary to all involved. We then direct the rehearsal and all aspects of the wedding day: vendor arrivals & deliveries, personal decor set up (such as cake knife, toasting flutes, favors, etc.), distribution of flowers, direction of the ceremony, cocktail hour, and all events of the reception such as wedding party introductions, first dance, toasts, parent dances, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss, departure, and packing up of gifts and personal décor items. This package starts at $1600 and includes a limited number of emails and up to 12 hours on your wedding day.
*For any event with more than 250 guests or a total budget of over $50,000, a flat fee of 5% of the overall budget will be applied.
This package is for the bride who needs guidance getting started in the right direction, or perhaps has started and has gotten stuck or overwhelmed. We will help you understand your vision and suggest design elements and unique ideas, recommend vendors that suit your style and budget, and provide you with assistance and regular checklists to ensure that you're adhering to your budget and timeline. Then you finish the planning. At around one month prior to the event, we will gather and review vendor contracts and 'take over' from there. This package starts at $2400 and includes everything in the Month Of Coordination package, with a limited number of emails and phone calls and 3 consultation appointments.

This package is for the bride who wants professional assistance in all aspects of wedding planning. Together we conceptualize the design elements and carry that design throughout your wedding events and printed materials; establish and keep track of a budget; select the perfect venues and vendors, and arrange and attend vendor appointments (up to three in each category). We keep you organized with checklists to make sure we're adhering to a timeline, serve as the main point of contact for all vendors, create a detailed wedding weekend itinerary and distribute that itinerary to all involved. We also create a floorplan of your reception space. This package starts at $3600 and includes everything in the other two packages, with unlimited emails and phone calls during business hours and unlimited wedding day coverage.

A Pop-Up is a mini-version of a larger wedding- for less time, money and stress. For around a tenth of the cost, you have a 2 hour event, including the ceremony, fresh flowers, live music, bubbly, delicious food, pictures, video, and of course CAKE! It can also be an elopement.
